At long last the ebook edition of my novel A Set of Lines is available. The book can be downloaded—free for a limited time—in a reader’s choice of all the usual formats. Many thanks to GPA archivist-technician Nathan Grover for his amiable tenacity in making this happen. For more information on A Set of Lines, including how to order the paperback edition, please visit Ghost Paper Archives. Reviews of the book can be found on Goodreads and at A Wild Slim Alien.

/ December 29, 2020Wow: thanks for putting this book out there! Having just finished it, my thoughts are still disorganized, so I’ll just sum it up by saying that among other things, it’s an example of what I’d like to be able to do—set a reader down in a world plainly different from our own, without having to load on all sorts of background or justification or details about how every little thing works. Allowing the story, in other words, to be the story, the questions to offer themselves up for consideration, and the mysteries of all sorts continue to be mysteries—letting the reader take the journey alongside the protagonist. Hear, hear!
